Stéphane Hocquinghem, from board sports to mechanical adrenaline
One constant defines Stéphane Hocquinghem, movement. The movement of soft mobility solutions, which he has championed for years through his magazine Le Vélo Urbain, as well as the raw motion of extreme sports such as stand-up paddle and foiling, and the visceral thrill of machines pushed to full speed.

Journalist, editor, and content creator

From media to graphic design
magery, precisely, is at the core of his DNA. As a photographer for the IDEC Sport racing team, he immersed himself in the world of motorsport. Between the pit lanes and the straights, a lasting fascination emerged for racing cars, their aesthetics, mechanical precision, and the intensity they embody. After 18 years working at TF1 as a digital art director, he chose to return to his original passions.

From this came Extremotion Frame
This passion found a new expression in 2026 with the creation of Extremotion Frame. Conceived as a natural extension of his sports-focused communication agency, this project embodies the convergence of his worlds: imagery, speed, and emotion. It offers a new way of telling the stories of the disciplines he has always followed, from a different perspective.
From cities to circuits, from board sports to mechanics, Stéphane Hocquinghem traces a unique path. Yet a clear thread runs through it all: capturing the intensity of movement, whatever the terrain.
